- 12 Brussel sprouts shaved
- 4 cups kale
- 1/2 cup fresh corn
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp spicy mustard
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked peppercorn
- 1 tsp Italian seasonings

Veggies prep; You can buy Brussel sprouts shaved at the grocery store or thinly slice them yourself. Rough chop kale, dice tomatoes, avocado, and de-seeded jalapeno slice cucumbers, and thinly slice red onion.

Briskly whisk dressing ingredients until mixture looks like a dressing. Pour into a jar, and enjoy with salads.

Keep sauce stored in a canning jar for storage up to 2 weeks.
